A pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at 10 AM at New Palestine High School, 4485 South Victory Drive, New Palestine, Indiana 46163. All questions concerning bidding this project shall be directed to CSO Architects, 317-848-7800. Contact Emery Hunt, ehunt@csoinc.net with all correspondence. Potential Bidders or material suppliers that make direct contact with any NPCS employee or Board Member are at risk of disqualification.

Sealed bids will be received in the New Palestine Community Schools Administration Building, 4711 South 500 West, New Palestine, Indiana 46163 until 2:00 PM Owner’s local time on Tuesday July 1st, 2025. Bids will be publicly opened promptly after the deadline. Bids received after 2:00 PM will be returned unopened.
