PRE-BID MEETING: A pre-bid meeting for interested parties will be held on Wednesday, April 29th,
2026, at 1:00 PM at Noblesville East Middle School. The meeting will include an opportunity to tour the
facility. Immediately following the conclusion of the tour at East Middle School, a tour will be held at

Services Center, 18025 River Road, Noblesville, IN 46062, by the Owner on Monday, May 11th, 2026 at
10:00 AM local time. Deliver Bid in a sealed envelope showing the project name and Bidder’s name and
address.
