PRE-BID CONFERENCE Contractors shall meet with the Owner, Construction Manager and Architect at 10:00 a.m. on August 20, 2026, in the White River Township Trustees Office – located at 2929 S. Morgantown Rd Greenwood, IN 46143 for a Pre-Bid Conference. Any questions concerning bidding the project shall be directed to Chad Peters (chad.peters@aecom.com) and Austin Gloyd (Austin.gloyd@aecom.com).
