PRE-BID CONFERENCE Contractors shall meet with the Owner, Construction Manager and Architect at 10:00 a.m. local time, on July 01, 2025 in the Center Grove Middle School Central – Cafeteria located at 4900 W Stones Crossing Road, Greenwood, IN 46143 for a Pre-Bid Conference. The cafeteria is located at the main entrance of the building. It is mandatory for Electrical and Mechanical Contractors to have a representative at the Pre-Bid Conference to submit a bid for the project. Any questions concerning bidding the project shall be directed to Taylor Gregory, AECOM Hunt, Taylor.gregory@aecom.com

Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or waive any informality or er ror in bidding for a period of 60 days from bid opening date. The Construction Manager for this project will be AECOM Hunt, 2450 South Tibbs Avenue, Indianapolis, IN 46241.
